What organizers usually ask first
Your Zoticket fee and Stripe processing costs are separate.
Is there also a payment fee?
With an independent Stripe account, Stripe deducts its actual processing costs from the organizer. Zoticket does not add a fixed payment surcharge to the buyer's order.
What happens to earlier orders?
Earlier orders keep their original fees and payment account. Organizers still using a previous payment setup can have different checkout fees, shown before payment.
Can I compare Zoticket with other ticketing platforms?
Compare the Zoticket service fee plus your own Stripe processing costs with the other platform's total cost.
